Jordan Part 2: 1/10/2012 - one more thing (not about maggots)

A little more from Jordan:

So, something that i forgot to write in my real letter....We had 2
investigators at church this week, the wife of a less active member and
their 9 year old daughter. They both are so golden. They have truly been
prepared by the Lord for the gospel. And the wife of the less active member
is helping her husband come back to church. Really, it should be the other
way around, the member helping the investigator, but God works in mysterious
ways sometimes. Her less active husband really is progressing. Yesterday, in
church, he got up and bore his testimony. The first 2 minutes he just kind
of told jokes, but then, he got a little more serious and he really bore his
testimony. He knows that the church is true. He knows that Joseph Smith was
a Prophet. He hasn´t always lived how he should, but he knows that it´s all
true.

That was just a really awesome spiritual experience that I had, and was
something that i never thought I would hear come out of this man´s mouth. He
name is Ramon by the way, and his wife is Ana. But i was really amazed by
his testimony and i really could tell that he believes what he said.
Just a cool experience.
